There is a $20 bench fee for all repairs. If the repair is approved, the $20 goes towards the repair cost, if it is denied, the $20 is kept to cover the cost of the diagnosis by our technicians.

• Replacement of mirror cushion foam
• Replacement of battery door (if needed)
• Full cleaning and polish of external camera body
• New battery installed

Directions and Tips:

• Fill out and include our repair form in the box (form found on our repair page)
• Carefully package your camera with only the accessories that are essential to the repair
• We recommend packaging your camera with at least 6 inches of bubble wrap or packing paper surrounding the camera

Do not include original boxes of products. Please note that the specific packaging sent in may not be returned.
